Requirements :

  • At least Diploma / University Degree
  • Previous working experience at the same field minimum 2 years
  • Good in English (speaking & written)
  • Good Computer skills : Microsoft office, Microsoft project, Outlook
  • Good knowledge
  • Good file management
  • Attention to details
  • Well organized
  • Good communication skills

  • Can work under pressure

Duties & Responsibilities of Project Administrator :

  • Provides general administrative support to projects, under the direction of Project Owner, Project Manager & Accounts Office Manager
  • Help produce proposals, plans and reports
  • Organize and maintain project files and databases
  • Might assist with monitoring the project budget, scheduling meetings and preparing presentations
  • General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Retrieve documents from filing system
  • Handle requests for information and data Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
  • Prepare written responses to routine enquiries Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
  • Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
  • Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office and bank
  • Keep office area clean and tidy
