  • Support field engineers remotely ­
  • Identify faults and resolve remotely ­
  • Check network operability


  • Experience with network management or network tools
  • Experience and have good knowledge with Linux operation system
  • Good Knowledge of scipting tools (SSH, inbox)
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English (spoken and written)
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Denpasar,Sanur,Bali.
  • Preferably Staff (non­management & non­supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer ­ Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
  • Available to work during evening shifts (up to 23:00)
  • Full­Time position(s) available.
